- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Mix melted butter into the mashed bananas.
- Mix baking soda and salt into the banana mixture.
- Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Mix in cinnamon powder and cocoa powder until batter is well combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
