- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almond butter, honey, chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Press the granola mixture into the pan and press down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
