Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almond butter, honey, chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
  2. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Press the granola mixture into the pan and press down firmly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
