Chipotle Black Be…
Ingredients
  • 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mash the black beans until mostly smooth.
  2. Mix in the mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin and salt and pepper.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  4. Serve with chips or vegetables.
