- 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, mash the black beans until mostly smooth.
- Mix in the mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin and salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with chips or vegetables.
