Chili
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
  • 2 pounds ground beef chuck
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and bell peppers; cook and stir until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet; cook and stir until the beef is browned.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, oregano and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
