Chili Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, chili flakes, and ginger.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic mixture and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce and white vinegar. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and cool before serving.
