Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

Steps
  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the popcorn kernels and stir to coat with the oil.
  2. Once the kernels start to pop, reduce the heat to low and cover. Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
  3. Once the popping stops, remove from heat and pour into a large bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika and sugar. Sprinkle over popcorn and toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt to taste and serve.
