- 2 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chili con carne
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Add potato wedges and toss to coat.
- Spread potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Heat chili con carne in a saucepan over medium heat. Once heated through, spoon chili over fries.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
