Chili Cheese Fries
Ingredients
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chili con carne

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut potatoes into wedges.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Add potato wedges and toss to coat.
  3. Spread potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Heat chili con carne in a saucepan over medium heat. Once heated through, spoon chili over fries.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
