Chili Cheese Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chili with beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, blend together the chili and cream cheese. Stir in the sour cream, cilantro, onion, garlic powder and cumin. Spread into a 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
