- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- In a large bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Add chicken cubes and stir to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and marinade to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Add broccoli florets to the pan and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
