Chicken Teriyaki …
Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cups broccoli florets

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Add chicken cubes and stir to coat.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and marinade to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Add broccoli florets to the pan and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles.
