Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 6-8 flour tortillas

Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the taco seasoning and stir to combine.
  3. Shred the chicken with two forks or with your hands. Add to the skillet and mix everything together.
  4. Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
  5. Divide filling between tortillas and serve.
