- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the bread crumb mixture, coating both sides.
- Place chicken in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- Serve hot.
