Chicken Parmigiana
Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the bread crumb mixture, coating both sides.
  4. Place chicken in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  6. Serve hot.
