- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a shallow bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each chicken breast in the melted butter, then in the bread crumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes.
