- 1/2 lb. penne pasta
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, chicken, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
