- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cut chicken into small nugget-sized pieces.
- Place chicken in a bowl and pour the buttermilk over it. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
- Remove chicken from the buttermilk and shake off any excess liquid.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
- Place coated nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
