Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Cut chicken into small nugget-sized pieces.
  2. Place chicken in a bowl and pour the buttermilk over it. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
  4. Remove chicken from the buttermilk and shake off any excess liquid.
  5. Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
  6. Place coated nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
