- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.75-oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, soup, noodles, sour cream, butter and Parmesan cheese.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
