Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 onion, cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Add bell peppers, onion, garlic and spices. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  2. Divide mixture among taco shells and top with desired toppings.
