- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups cooked and diced chicken breast meat
- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, soup, mayonnaise, chicken, broccoli and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Serve hot.
