Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add cream and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Serve with your favorite pasta.
