- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 9-inch deep dish pizza pan with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add in the warm water and mix until a dough forms.
- On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to fit the prepared pizza pan.
- Spread the olive oil over the top of the dough. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
