- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
- In a small bowl, stir together the chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract and honey.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to make sure all the chia seeds are coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Serve cold with your favorite toppings.
