Chia Pudding
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, stir together the chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract and honey.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to make sure all the chia seeds are coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  4. Serve cold with your favorite toppings.
