- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, heat honey and coconut oil over medium heat until combined. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, and cinnamon. Pour in the honey mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
