Chewy Honey Almon…
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat honey and coconut oil over medium heat until combined. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, and cinnamon. Pour in the honey mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
