- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9x13 inch pan.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave.
- Remove from heat, stir in sugar and mix well.
- Stir in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until top is no longer shiny.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
