Cherry Jam
Ingredients
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps
  1. Place cherries in a medium saucepan and mash with a potato masher.
  2. Add sugar and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to an airtight container.
