- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups pitted cherries
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch round baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla extract.
- Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture until combined.
- Stir in the melted butter until combined.
- Spread the cherries in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the cherries and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and set in middle.
