Ingredients
  • 1 package of cheese ravioli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the spinach and cook until just wilted.
