- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and pepper; spread over chicken.
- Top with artichokes and spinach. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
