- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and cheddar cheese. Stir in cooked sausage.
- Transfer the mixture to an ungreased 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve with chips or crackers.
