- 4 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
