Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash and cube potatoes.
  3. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and add sour cream, cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
  6. Transfer potato mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
