- 4 potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Wash and cube potatoes.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and add sour cream, cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
- Transfer potato mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
