Cheesy Potato Hash
Ingredients
  • 3 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes and onion. Cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in cheese; cook until melted.
