Cheesy Popcorn
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps
  1. In a large pot with a lid, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the popcorn kernels and cover with the lid. Shake the pot occasionally to ensure that all of the kernels are popping.
  2. Once the popping has slowed down, remove from heat and pour into a large bowl.
  3. Add the melted butter and Parmesan cheese and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Serve immediately.
