- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, tomatoes and green chilies and 1 cup of the Mexican cheese blend.
- Spread mixture into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Mexican cheese blend.
- Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with chips or vegetables.
