Cheesy Nacho Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, tomatoes and green chilies and 1 cup of the Mexican cheese blend.
  3. Spread mixture into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Mexican cheese blend.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve with chips or vegetables.
