Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  2. Spread the mushrooms over the toast slices. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
