- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Spread the mushrooms over the toast slices. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
