Cheesy Mashed Pot…
Ingredients
  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain potatoes and return to pot.
  4. Add butter, sour cream, cheese and salt. Mash together until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve hot.
