Cheesy Hash Brown…
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, onion, butter, soup, sour cream, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and the bacon.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
