- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the soups, macaroni and 1 cup of the cheese.
- Spread the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with the soup mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
