- 1 loaf french bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Cut the bread into 1 inch cubes. Place cubes in a large bowl.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour the butter mixture over the bread cubes and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the bread cubes in the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheeses.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Serve warm.
