Cheesy Garlic Mas…
Ingredients
  • 4 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  3. Add butter, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
  4. Stir in Cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Serve hot.
