Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt; cook and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Separate biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. Roll each biscuit into a ball. Dip each ball into the butter mixture until evenly coated.
Place biscuits onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
