Cheesy Egg Breakf…
Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 small flour tortillas

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until eggs are cooked through.
  4. Stir in the cheese.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a separate large skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute per side.
  6. Divide the egg mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  7. Serve warm.
