Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground beef with the onion and garlic until no pink remains.
Add chili with beans, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; stir to combine.
Stir in hot dogs; remove from heat.
Spread half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish; top with 2 cups of cheese. Spread remaining chili mixture over cheese and top with remaining 2 cups of cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
