Cheesy Cauliflowe…
Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut cauliflower into small florets and place in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, transfer the cauliflower to a mixing bowl and stir in the grated cheddar cheese until it is melted and evenly distributed.
