Cheesy Biscuits
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in cheese and milk just until moistened.
  5. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
