Cheesy Baked Pota…
Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Scrub potatoes and pierce with a fork.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until tender.
  4. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out insides, leaving a thin shell.
  5. Sprinkle potato skins with cheese, bacon and green onions.
  6. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm.
